Common areas that are treated are, between your brows (11 lines), forehead, around the eyes (crows feet). There are many other places neuromodulator can be used as well including, upper lip (smoker lines), upper lip for “lip flip”, chin for dimpling, jaw for TMJ dysfunction and facial slimming, “bunny lines” on the nose, neck, and lower face to turn smile up subtly.

Neuromodulator takes up to 2 weeks to kick in but you will slowly see the effects over the 2 week course. Results last 3-4 months and duration can vary between patients

The appointment takes 30 minutes. This will include a consultation first by the medical provider to ensure you are an appropriate candidate for treatment. We will review your medical history, current medications, surgical history and if you have had any prior treatments. We will review your areas of concerns and you will receive an individualized plan for your face and recommended treatments for your specific needs.

This treatment is minimally invasive, non-surgical and has little downtime. The treatment is performed with little to no discomfort. You can return to your normal daily activities after your treatment but avoid laying down for 4 hours and no exercise for 24 hours. You will also want to avoid tight headbands and hats if your forehead was treated.

Possibly side effects include slight redness/swelling at the injection site that typically resolves within the first hour. Bruising is also possible, ice and arnica can help prevent and improve this. It is important to schedule this treatment at least 2-3 weeks before any important events.
