CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
All patients are required to have a valid debit or credit card on file in order to book an appointment at The Aesthetic Co.
Patients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment rescheduling, cancellation or modification. Any changes made within the 24 hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Patients are given a 7 minute grace period for their appointment. If you arrive 8 minutes or later we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the cancellation fee.
A $50-$100 fee is charged to the card on file if the patient doesn't provide the required 24 hour notice.
$50 fee for 15-30 minute appointments.
$100 fee for 45 minute and longer appointments.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All services, packages and products are NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final and products or packages can not be exchanged or returned.
